SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

The shipping methods are via post or DHL, with a maximum delivery time of 15 days. We pack our wigs in a silk case for their greatest care and we put them in a box for shipping, shipping costs are €5.

Regarding the shipping policy, if the order is placed on weekends it will not be shipped until Monday and delivery is approximately 15 business days later. As for the services, if it is face-to-face as extensions, we are available from Monday to Sunday.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY

In the event of a change of opinion, you have 15 days after receiving your order to make the return, money is not refunded, but you can nevertheless choose another product according to the price you spent.
